Biogas generation Process：

Fresh feces from livestock and poultry farms are put into anaerobic digester through the feeding system (or mixed in the metering tank and pumped into the anaerobic digester). The irrigation water of the Animal House is collected into the metering pool, directly pumped into the front part of the anaerobic digester, and is configured into a high concentration of fermentation broth (ts concentration at around 9%) under the action of the stirring device in the digester. In order to maintain the temperature in the biogas digester around 36 degree, the biogas digester is equipped with a coil tube device, the heat source for solar energy or other external heating. Through anaerobic digestion, the biogas is produced by desulfurization, dehydration and impurity removal and then into the power generation system. The biogas residue and biogas slurry are filtered and dehydrated by the flat filter, the separated biogas residue is used as the solid organic fertilizer, and the biogas slurry enters the storage tank as the liquid organic fertilizer to be applied directly to the farmland or to dispose the discharge.

A complete large and medium-sized biogas power generation project, regardless of its size, it includes the following process: the collection of raw materials (manure), pretreatment, anaerobic digestion system, the discharge of the reprocessing systems, biogas purification system, biogas power generation system, electrical and control systems, waste heat utilization system, such as circulating cooling system, mute system.
