UASB: Simple operation, suitable for high or low density COD, suitable for special high loading.
Biogas can not be liquefied at normal temperatures, so even if the biogas is compressed into the liquefied gas tank, the quantity is limited. Therefore, biogas can not be pressed into liquefied gas tank for sales.
If the temperature below 20 degree, we should heating the digestion tank to keep the tank temperature at 35 degree, then the anaerobic fermentation process is more efficient.
Each standard cubic meter of biogas can generate 1.6 ~ 2kw.h, the specific data depends on the quality of the generator.
Methane: greater than 95%, methane content depends on the source of the compressed gas source.
Pressure range: 20-23MPa
In general, the biogas used for power generator must be dehydrated and desulfurized, but some biogas-specific generators use sulfur-resistant materials to extend their service life significantly.

The pressure in biogas holdder is 5000Pa.
PFR means plug flow biogas reactor, it is a non-rectangular non-fully mixed reactor. The raw material enters from one end. It moves like a piston, flows out from the other end. Material is stirred vertically by biogas bubbles inside digester, horizontal direction stirring is weak. Acidification and hydrolysis is strong at material entrance end (inlet end), methane gas production rate becomes stronger flowing along the direction of material outlet.
CSTR means continuous stirred tank reactor. Add stirring device inside regular anaerobic digestion device. Make fermentation raw material and microorganism retaining fully mixed.
UASB means upflow anaerobic sludge bed, it is currently the most fast growing digester. The sewage flows from bottom to the top through the expanded granular sludge bed. Digester is divided into 3 parts, namely sludge bed, sludge layer and gas / solid separator.

If the raw material is organic waste water, then BOD, COD, SS, PH, temperature are required.
The main composition are about 50% to 70% methane, about 30% to 40% Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Others: Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), hydrogen(H2), Carbon monoxide (CO) and other gases, about 5% or less than 5%.
