Overview
Process description:
Due to the high water content of water hyacinth, not mix with other debris, so we adopt mixed feeding fermentation technology which series two grade of crushing and adds a small amount of water. Lifting water hyacinth to first hammer crusher set to smash it, and its lower series a drop crusher, making the material keep slurry. If water is insufficient, portion of biogas slurry can be added to help smash, stirring and heating it for spare.

lFermentation tank volume: 3800m3, adopt 2 set of 2000m3 CSTR anaerobic fermentation tank.
lTS of the feeding materials:8%,OTS resolution ratio 80%
lWorking days per year: 360 days, Fermentation period: 20 days, with an annual maximum of 1.778million cubic meters of biogas.
lBiogas residue: around 1430tons/year, biogas slurry: around 23300CBM
lEquipped with 2 sets of power 200kw biogas generator sets, expected to generate330~375 kw.h per hour.
lExpected to produce 3,800 tons of organic fertilizer granules.
