Working Principle and Diagram:

1) (Stage1)Organics hydrolysis: Simply speaking is microorganisms decompose organics from big pieces into small tiny pieces.

Non-water-soluble organics is decomposed into low molecular weight compounds by bacteria. Non-water-soluble organics, such as: cellulose, hemicelluloses, pectin, starch, lipids, proteins, etc. Low eight compounds, such as: soluble sugars, alcohols, acids, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.

2) (Stage2)Different kinds of water-soluble products are decomposed into methane substrate by microorganisms. The major parts of methane substrate is acetic acid, hydrogen and carbon dioxide.

3) (Stage3)Methane bacteria converts methane substrate into methane and carbon dioxide.
