The dry fractionation method of coconut oil includes crystallization section and filtration section.  The plant is designed to continuously process refined coconut oil with operations as described in the following sections:

Fractionated coconut oil processing description:

The raw material oil is heated and pumped into the crystallization tank to begin to cool the crystallization process. This process is controlled by the computer by presetting the freezing parameters. The computer controls the cooling rate of the oil by controlling the temperature of the circulating water in the refrigeration coil to reach the most Good crystallization effect. The setting of the freezing parameter depends on the melting point of the feedstock and the melting point of the stearin and the desired grease after the addition.

The front of the crystallization process uses the cooling water of the cooling tower as the refrigerant.Then automatically switch to the chilled water system of the freezer when the oil temperature drops to a certain extent.

The finished oil slurry is pumped by the screw to the membrane filter.And the liquid oil is transported to the tank through the pipe. The stearin is squeezed in the filter and squeezed into the styrofoam.

The crystallization tank is made of high quality mild steel.The internal heat exchange coil adopts stainless steel pipe. The stirring device automatically controls the stirring speed through the imported ABB frequency converter. The power of the stirrer adopts the German imported SEW gear reducer.

The filter pump uses a German-resistant screw pump, which controls the speed and pressure of the filter.
