Storage 

Oil materials’ storage process includes acceptance, metering, drying and storage. The impurities of materials contain the plant stem , mud block, loading and unloading of metal . To make the storage more safe, the initial clearing operations before the storage is necessary .The initial clearing operations usually include screening, magnetic selection, wind, etc., to remove he large miscellaneous, small miscellaneous, iron miscellaneous, light miscellaneous and dust. New oil materials usually are of high moisture content, generally it is necessary to reduce moisture to 13% before  warehousing, and the materials’ drying is finished  in the drying tower .

 Refining Technology 

Degumming is to remove the peptizing impurities in crude oil,mainly to remove phospholipids, in addition to the phospholipid binding protein, saccharide, mucus, trace metals, etc.. the peptizing impurities not only affects the stability of oil, but also affects the process effect of oil refining and deep processing.Such as in  the course of alkali refining,it is easy to form emulsification, increase the difficulty of operation, increase the consumption of grease refining and auxiliary materials , and to reduce the quality of soap feet ;In the course of Decolorization,it increases the consumption of adsorbent,reduces the decolorization effect;In the course of deodorization, the color of the oil is deepened by the carbonizing colloid.

Deacidification removes the free fatty acids from the crude oil to lower the acidity of the oil. Free fatty acids is easy to oxidation, and make the oil to produce irritating odor and then affect the flavor and the use value of oil.Unsaturated acid can accelerate the oxidation of oils, prevent oil hydrogenation smoothly and corrosion equipment.As free fatty acids are the root cause of deterioration of oils, So the less free fatty acids in oils, the better.
