Environmental measures
(1) Sewage: collect rinse water and wash water after separate oil together, and put into the wastewater collection pool set by party A to do recycle use. Wastewater scale is 12 tons per day
(2)Residue: put soap into the outside storage tank, for centralized processing or sales by party A.
This project uses low acid value used cooling oil as raw material, and use alkaline continuous ester interchange technology, including refinery, ester exchange, distillation and so on section.
Refinery:
The process adopts the continuous degumming, acid, dehydration, in addition to the complex technology, improving equipment utilization, lower equipment investment. Main process is: adding acid into raw material oil to make rubber miscellaneous flocculation, and adding alkali will free the fatty acid neutralization to be soponin, finally putting the gum miscellaneous and free fatty acids neutralizing into soap, and be separated from the oil, removing gum miscellaneous and free fatty acids, and thenl drying dehydration after a quick qualified the ester exchange reaction, get the qualified material, means refined oil.
Transesterification:
In existed devices, have ester exchange process equipment, but the reaction kettle type reactor is no longer adapt to the current technical requirements, so we use the tube type continuous turbulent reactor, with our independent design, independent research and development of the high-tech achievements, and we get good application in practical production. So far have not found in the same industry at home and abroad and achieve the same effect applied in the actual production of the reactor.
Methyl Ester Distillation:
The process adopts the technology of continuous distillation fractionating tower, with high yield, light product color, no smell, etc. Main process is: first, the low boiling fractionation in the refinery tower become into a fuel oil, and second, the long carbon chain fatty acid methyl ester distillation in the carbon tower and get biodiesel and by-product asphalt plants.
Methanol recovery :
After transesterification,the excess of unreacted methanol is recovered by continuous double flash towers and then reused directly.

5)Bio-diesel has no Aromatic hydrocarbon which could pollute environment, and exhaust gas damage is lower than diesel,
6)Better performance of engine low temperature starting, cold filtration point reach -13℃ without additives,
7) High cetane number, better combustion performance than diesel, combustion residue is neutral extending the engine oil service life,
8) No need changing diesel engine, and could be added directly to use, and no need add other oil equipments, storage equipments and special technology personnel training,
9)High moisture. Moisture is helpful to reduce oil viscosity, improving stability, and reducing the oil calorific value,
10)With renewable animal and plant fatty acid monoester as raw material, could reduce the demand of fossil fuel oil,
11)Environment friendly, toxic organic compounds in biological diesel emissions is only 10% of ordinary diesel oil, and particulate matter only 20% of ordinary diesel, and carbon monoxide &carbon dioxide emissions only 10% of the petroleum, no emissions of sulphur and lead and toxic substances.
12)Mixed Bio-diesel concentration of sulfur emissions could be reduced from 500 PPM to 5 PPM,
13)No need to replace engine and it has a protective effect on engine,
14) Low PH value, so the best storage device material is the ones have resistance to acid corrosion,
15) Has aging tendency, heating should not be more than 80℃, storage should avoid light and air,
16) Good safety performance, high flash point, safety in transportation, storage and use.
