Raw material requirements:

1. Fresh Palm fruit Bunches: fresh, matured, being no injured or damaged and recovery time is no longer than 24 hours.

2. Total oil content≥22%.

Palm oil refining technology refers to conversion of crude palm oil to refined oil involves removal of products of hydrolysis and oxidation, color and flavor. Kingdo Industrial adopts scientific designed palm oil refining machine process line including degumming, deacidification, decolorization, blenching, deodorization to obtain high quality refined palm oil.

Classification: Cold pressing & Hot pressing

Cold pressing refers that press oil without heating or in low temperature state,the temperature and acid value of cold press oil is low. Generally it do not need to refine, the finished oil can be get after precipitation and filtration .

Advantages:

1. The cold press oil can be saved for a long time as it is not destroyed ,and generally doesn't need additive.Its market value is high.

2. Cold- pressed oil owns pure natural characteristic,and it avoid the negative influence exits in traditional ways of pressing oil in high temperature.

3. Cold-pressed oil retains the natural flavor and color of oil, and owns a complete preservation of the oil in the physiological substances, which is more in line with the needs of the human body.

• Water consumption: 0.25～0.3 T/T oil
• Electricity: 90kw•h/T oil
• Steam（pressure 6Kgf/cm2）：490～520kg/T oil
• Coal burning of conduction furnace: 15～17kg/T oil
• Phosphoric (concentration 80%) 1kg～2kg /T oil
• Clay: 8～20kg/T oil
