Overview
Process flow description:
Palm fruit bunches are transported to plant by truck. They are poured into unload slope after measured by weighbridge. Bunches are collected to motor-trolley. Motor-trolley was hanged into plant when it was out of sterilizer, and was poured into thresher. The empty fruit branches are burned in incinerator or carried away. Fruits pressed into mill through feeder, press cake and coarse palm oil are isolated.
Coarse palm oil gets rid of fiber by vibrating screen and settled in tank. Edible oil and fatlute are divided out. Edible oil is dewatering in centrifuge and to be dried, at last get crude palm oil. Fatlute get litter cleaning, collect reclaimed oil. Fatlute that be recovered oil should be sent to farm for fertilizer.
Pressed cake smashed into pieces by conveying screw, blow-offing fiber in winnowing for boiler fuel. The pits be deprivated fiber in polisher, and be husked in husking machine through grader. The mixture to be blow-off hull in tubular winnowing, and the kernel conveyed into storage through drier. Due to the reason of small output, palm kernel conveyed to special oil plant for expelling only when the amount reaches to a specified volume of assets.
