Profile of  cottonseed oil plant project:

Cottonseed oil is obtained as a byproduct of cotton production. Even though the production of cottonseed has fallen significantly since the invention of synthetic fibers, cottonseed oil still has a proportion of the edible oils market. The oil is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid constituting about two-thirds of these. Compared to other crude vegetable oils, cottonseed oil is hard to refine.

Introduction of processing flow :

1.The oil pre-treatment is a series of processing before oil pressing, like cleaning,shelling, peeling,crushing,softening, rolling, expanding,damp and heat treatment,drying.

2.Pressing process refers to press oil from oil plants with the help of the external mechanical forces,the main sections include:steaming and roasting,pressing as well as crude oil residue removal.

3.Refining refers to remove the impurities in crude oil, to get a good quality of the first class of edible oil.The vegetable oil obtained by pressing or leaching method,which contains water, mechanical impurities, fat-soluble impurities, peptizing impurities, trace impurities, etc. ,failed to meet the edible standards, so called "crude oil".
