Overview
1.The flake is thin and uniform, the powder is small, as well as not reveal the oil. Different oil-making process has different requirements for flake.
2. Flaking roll: rolling machine is divided into two types :straight-line and peace column type.

FEATURES
Our own cooling system is able to maintain an uniform temperature all along the roll face, to keep a stable production and to realize a continuous long operation.
The roll gap is controlled using highly correct and reliable figures.
The maximum nip pressure on this roll is 150kg. Lopsided nip pressure is minimized so as to insure the uniform production consistently.
A 2-axis controller used in the gap control system enables non-parallel operation of the roll gap when the feeding of the product is unbalanced.
Heavy duty roller bearings for heavy loads are used. It is also easy to do such maintenance work as replacing rolls.
The outer rim of the roll is made of high density hard cast iron and there is no change in the quality even after regrinding of the surface.
The pressure control of the roll cleaning blade made of Stellite is done by adjusting the blade angle and by the air cylinders.
The roll is driven by the motor via the sicro reducer and high torque timing belt. It is possible to set rpm of each roll respectively, one fixed and the other adjustable, by the Inverter Control.
