Overview
coconut pre-treatment and pre-pressing workshop
Deliver the coconut meat into storage tank in oil making workshop. It delivered to opening crusher and crush it then into high shear crusher to make it to grinding and crushing(usually particle from here≤2mm ). Into storage tank by delivering pump then into solids liquid seperator. The coconut shred into drying workshop, liquid ino mixture tank and be seperate by centrifugal machine through the screw pump, oil into crude oil tank, water protein mixture could be sent into drink workshop.
