Bio-diesel is an alternative diesel fuel which is composed of the fatty acid alkyl esters made from plant oil or animal fat. At present, most of the Bio-diesel is made from refined plant oil, methanol and an alkaline catalyst production. Yet most unfavorable edible, waste oil could be conversed to biodiesel. The final product is B100 biodiesel, and the by-products are crude glycerine and plant asphalt.

Overview
The process of biodiesel
The whole process is closed-circuit circulation, all raw material comprehensive utilization, cleaner production. Roughly described as follows: Raw material pretreatment (dehydration, deodorization, purification )-----the reaction kettle (methyl ester+ alcohol catalyst + 70℃) -----stirring reaction N hours----precipitation separation line of mixed alcohol----methyl distillation----recovery of alcohol----methyl ester distillation----finished product.The distillation system consists of light off tower 1, c16 fractionating tower2 and c18 rectification column3. Refined diesel firstly enters the light off tower1. Tower top pressure maintaina the low vacuum to control temperature accuratly. The light group reflux ratio is under the condition of heavy odor excision. The diesel oil enters the fractionating tower2. Remova high pour point, low iodine value of c16. The bottom of the tower goes into the distillation tower3 to retificate. Then separate the biodiesel c18. The bottom of the tower is asphalt plants. Then it directly brings up the tank device
