1. Introduction of Kingdo Biodiesel Plant 

Biodiesel production and promotion of the application has the superiority. First, its raw materials is easy gain and inexpensive, with vegetable oil or fatty acids and methanol for the production of raw materials, it can fundamentally get rid of oil dependence on oil.  Second ,it is conducive to soil optimization, planting rape and other crops can be wheeled to improve the soil condition, adjust the balance of soil nutrients, tap the soil yield potential. Third, by-products with economic value, the production process of glycerol, oleic acid, lecithin and some by-product market prospects are better. Fourth, environmental benefits are significant, the market competitiveness continues to increase. Biodiesel combustion does not emit sulfur dioxide, the discharge of harmful gases than oil diesel reduced by about 70%, and can be fully degraded, it is conducive to ecological and environmental protection.

In order to ensure the production effect of the project, the level of production technology achieve the domestic first-class level, product quality in line with national standards, the main production technology should be used in both international and domestic advanced and mature technology in the process of project planning and design,and production equipments mainly use the domestic famous brand products, some individual equipments select imported equipment,which not only ensures the advanced production technology, but also saves investment costs.

The production process is divided into four steps: pretreatment, esterification, transesterification, glycerol separation and bio-diesel fractionation. 

 2.Processes of Biodiesel Making Workshop

(1) Physical degumming: first of all, using oil hydration or phosphoric acid-etching method, remove the phospholipids and colloid and other substances, and then preheating, dehydration the oil. 

(2) Methanol esterification: adding excess methanol into the raw oil material, with the acid catalyst, conduct pre-esterification, changing free acid into methyl ester.

(3) Continuous ester exchange:  the pre esterification oil together with methyl alcohol, adding little NaOH as

 catalyst, under a certain temperature and atmospheric pressure, conduct ester exchange, then get methyl ester. 

Using two step reaction, through a specially designed separator continuously eliminate the glycerin engendered

 in the reaction, make the ester exchange continuously.

(4) Gravity precipitation, water washing and stratification.

(5) Glycerol separated from crude methyl ester.

(6) Biodiesel refined.

3. The whole process is closed-circuit circulation, all raw material comprehensive utilization, cleaner production. Roughly described as follows: 

Raw material pretreatment (dehydration, deodorization, purification )-----the reaction kettle (methyl ester+ alcohol 

catalyst + 70°C) -----stirring reaction N hours----precipitation separation line of mixed alcohol----methyl distillation----

recovery of alcohol----methyl ester distillation----finished product.

With the improvement of biodiesel production process, the fuel of ordinary diesel engine can be biodiesel, without any changes. Biodiesel is a kind of biomass energy can be widely used in life, military and other fields of emerging energy, is a good alternative for petrochemical diesel. And the raw materials of biodiesel production are becoming cheaper with the increase of planting scale, the cost of biodiesel production gradually decreased, and the prices are narrowing between biodiesel and conventional diesel. It is expected that by 2020, biodiesel's demand will reach 28million tons in China, global biodiesel production is expected to grow 35%.The prospects of biodiesel industry will be very optimistics.
